SAYFTEE, a queer-owned group private practice in the Boston area, is a growing, fun, dynamic, and team-oriented group of clinicians. We value working collaboratively and helping improve the health and wellness of our communities. We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician(s) who will provide individual therapy with adults and/or children and adolescents within a group practice team. The Mental Health Clinician(s) will provide outpatient therapy to clients of SAYFTEE, LLC both remotely and at our on-site location.

Compensation is a flat fee rate based on income received. We welcome therapists with a niche(s) (trauma, disordered eating, IFS, EMDR, children, adolescents and families, etc.).  SAYFTEE provides a steady stream of referrals. Candidates must be independent, driven, creative, collaborative, and enhance our committed, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. As a team, we strive to have a group of clinicians that reflects our communities and client populations. Clinicians who identify as BIPOC, transgender, nonbinary and/or queer are particularly encouraged to apply to join our team. The candidate will be employee status (W-2).
