This program is designed to empower college students to thrive during their academic journey. Through tailored one-on-one sessions, students develop crucial skills in time management, stress reduction, and social integration. This holistic approach equips learners with the tools they need to confidently tackle college challenges and build a fulfilling campus life.

About the Coaching Program
Mica’s coaching services are designed to support students who are in the process of adjusting to college life. Mica’s goal is to help you feel secure in your decision to return to your next semester while maintaining your overall well-being as you complete your degree.
Coaching sessions are 55 minutes long, with the initial session focusing on getting to know you, understanding your challenges and making a plan for the subsequent sessions that meet your specific needs. The following 2-3 sessions will then address academic stress and executive functioning strategies, social-emotional wellness, and routine and making use of your campus resources.
COST: $135/session
What to expect from Sessions:
Session 1
Discuss your college experience so far and identify any challenges.
Set some goals and make a plan for the next sessions.
Identify some next steps to help you move forward with confidence.
Session 2
Address academic stress and how to deal with it (or develop coping strategies).
Learn techniques for staying organized and managing your workload.
Session 3
Explore your social life and how you feel in your relationships.
Develop tools for managing stress, anxiety, and loneliness.
Build self-care practices and discuss ways to connect with new friends.
Session 4
Create a routine that incorporates academics, fun, and self-care
Learn how to access & utilize campus & community resources for more support
